A Level 2 ASP (Accredited Service Provider) is licensed to work on the network side of your switchboard — service mains, meters, underground/overhead supply, disconnects and reconnects. A regular electrician legally can\'t touch that side. Ausgrid approves Level 2 ASPs after extensive testing.
